Halloween Weekend Has a Headquarters, and It's WestWorld

On Friday, October 30 and Saturday, October 31, WestWorld of Scottsdale disappears and a haunted mansion takes its place. BOO Arizona returns for two nights of electronic music at 16601 N. Pima Road, and this year's edition is one of the biggest the festival has staged.

Gates open at 6 p.m. and the music runs until 2 a.m. on both nights. Eight hours, two stages, and a production built entirely around the idea that Halloween should look like something.

The Phase 1 lineup alone carries the weekend: Zedd, The Chainsmokers, Deorro, Level Up and Restricted, with more than twenty-five additional acts added since. This is an 18+ event, and 21+ for anything at the bar or in VIP.

The Part Nobody Plans For

A festival that ends at 2 a.m. on Halloween night creates a very specific problem. Everyone leaves at once, in costume, into a single stretch of Pima Road.

Rideshare pricing on that particular night at that particular hour is its own kind of horror story. And BOO enforces a strict no re-entry policy each day, so once you are in, your car is parked for the duration whether you planned on that or not.

There is also TSA-style screening at the gate. Bags get searched, pockets get emptied, and anything that does not make it through has to go somewhere. A vehicle waiting for you solves all three of these at once.

Party bus interior with LED lighting ready for a Halloween festival night

The Ride Is the First Set of the Night

A party bus does something a car cannot: it starts the night early. Costumes are already on, the LED lighting is already low and colored, and the sound system is already carrying the set list you built for the drive out.

Our coaches run premium audio, wraparound leather seating and climate control that actually keeps up with a full bus of people in full costume. Bring your own drinks and use the onboard coolers.

By the time you roll up to the WestWorld gates, the group is warm, loud and photographed. That is a meaningfully different arrival than the one that starts with twenty minutes of circling a dirt lot.

Build the Night Around Old Town First

WestWorld sits about fifteen minutes north of Old Town Scottsdale, which makes a pre-festival stop genuinely easy rather than theoretical.

Dinner on Scottsdale Road, a round somewhere on Stetson, costume photos in the Marshall Way alleys, then a single ride north to the gates at 6 p.m. Your driver handles the timing, so nobody is watching a clock.

If your group is splitting between the Friday and Saturday nights, the same plan works twice with a different lineup and a different costume.

Sizing the Charter

Festival groups tend to grow. Six people planning a Halloween night becomes fourteen once everyone hears there is a bus, and that is exactly the size where this stops being a luxury and starts being the only sane option.

We run vehicles from executive sprinters for eight to ten guests up through full party buses that carry thirty or more. Hourly charters start at $150 per hour, and round-trip point-to-point transfers start at $500.

For groups making a full weekend of it, all-day charters start at $2,000 and cover the pre-party, the gates, the after, and the ride home.

A Few Logistics Worth Knowing

  • Dates and hours: Friday, October 30 and Saturday, October 31, 2026, 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. both nights.
  • Venue: WestWorld of Scottsdale, 16601 N. Pima Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85260.
  • Age: 18+ to enter, 21+ for alcohol and VIP. Photo ID required at the gate.
  • No re-entry once you are inside for the day, so bring what you need in one trip.
  • Leave the extras on the bus rather than fighting the screening line with them.

Book Before Halloween Weekend Sells Out From Under You

Halloween falling on a Saturday makes this the single most requested charter weekend of the fall. Our October 30 and 31 calendar fills earlier every year, and BOO is the reason.

Call (602) 866-7777 or send us the details through our booking inquiry form, and we will build the night around your group, your costumes and your set times.

Show up to the haunted mansion the way you are supposed to: all together, already in character, and with a ride waiting when the lights come up.
