Buckeye has decided otherwise. On Saturday, November 28, 2026, the city stacks three things into one evening — and they are walkable to each other.

Cotton Fest takes over Monroe Avenue in Historic Downtown Buckeye from 3 to 8 p.m., with local artisans, indie craft makers and a classic car show. Then the holiday lights come on across downtown and Sundance Park from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. — thousands of them, plus photo stand-ins built for exactly the picture you are going to take.

And at Sundance Park, there is a walk-through Candy Land build: Gumdrop Pass, Peppermint Forest, Snowflake Lake, the whole board game rendered at human scale.

Why a Charter Actually Helps Here

This is a two-location evening with an overlap in the middle, and that is the detail that decides how your night goes.

Cotton Fest and the Sundance Park lights run at the same time for two and a half hours. You want to move between Monroe Avenue and the park without repacking the car, repaying for parking, or losing half your group to a wrong turn.
