On Sunday, October 25, 2026, the Arizona Cardinals host the Denver Broncos at State Farm Stadium for a 1:05 p.m. Week 7 kickoff. At halftime, the franchise will retire Larry Fitzgerald's No. 11 and induct him into the Ring of Honor.

Fitzgerald becomes just the sixth player in Cardinals history to have his number retired, and the 20th member of the Ring of Honor. It comes months after his induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame with the 2026 class.

Expect a Full House and a Full Parking Lot

State Farm Stadium holds more than 63,000 people, and a jersey retirement pulls in fans who do not come to ordinary games — old season-ticket families, out-of-state alumni, people bringing kids to see a name they grew up on.

The Glendale Sports and Entertainment District around the stadium is excellent at absorbing a crowd right up until it is not. Lot passes go early, Loop 101 backs up along Glendale Avenue and 95th, and post-game exit traffic is measured in the tens of minutes.

A ceremony game makes all of that worse, because nobody leaves early. When the fourth quarter ends, everyone walks out at once.

A lot of groups extend into the evening — Westgate is right there, and Old Town Scottsdale is a straight shot east. An all-day charter turns a three-hour game into a twelve-hour occasion.
