One Stage. Nine Hours. Zero Reasons to Drive.

On Saturday, October 3, 2026, the West Valley Events Complex becomes the biggest country music room in Arizona. Desert Sky Music Festival runs from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. — nine straight hours on a single stage.

No running between tents. No schedule conflicts. No choosing between two sets you both wanted to see.

Ashley Anne opens the music at 3 p.m. It builds through Dylan Schneider and Chayce Beckham, into Carly Pearce, and closes with headliner Brett Young under an open desert sky.

Nine hours is a long, glorious day. It is also the precise reason your group should not be splitting into three cars and negotiating who stays sober.

The Venue: Glendale's Sports District, Wide Open

The West Valley Events Complex sits at 10020 N. Ball Park Blvd. in Glendale, inside the Sports & Entertainment District just off Loop 101.

It is the largest outdoor multipurpose venue in the West Valley — more than 30 acres of grass — and it sits minutes from State Farm Stadium and Desert Diamond Arena.

That scale means it handles a crowd beautifully. It also means an October Saturday with a headliner bill pushes a lot of cars toward the same few exits at the same moment.

On-site parking is available, with overflow to the west off W. Glendale Ave. Useful to know. Better to skip entirely.

Why a Charter Beats Every Other Option Here

A party bus turns the transportation into part of the experience instead of the tax you pay for it.

  • Your tailgate travels with you. Climate control, leather seating, premium sound and coolers stocked the way your group likes them.
  • One pickup, one drop-off. We collect everyone from Peoria, Surprise, Litchfield Park or central Phoenix and deliver the whole group to the gate together.
  • Nobody draws the short straw. There is no designated driver missing out on nine hours of music.
  • No 11 p.m. surge. When thousands of people leave one venue at once, rideshare pricing follows. Your chauffeur is already parked and waiting.

Our party buses and limousines seat groups from a handful of friends up to 30-plus passengers, so an entire friend group, office crew or extended family arrives as one unit.

Build the Whole Day Around It

Because the music does not begin until mid-afternoon, your morning is completely open.

Brunch in historic Old Town Glendale, a pass through the Westgate Entertainment District, then straight to the gates — all on the same charter, with no re-parking and no second round of driving.

Afterward, Westgate is minutes away and still very much awake. A lot of groups choose to close the night there rather than head straight home, and your chauffeur simply repositions.

Rates and Booking

Party bus and limousine service starts at $150 per hour. All-day charters — the right call for a 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. festival — start at $2,000. Straightforward point-to-point transfers start at $500.

Desert Sky is a one-day festival with an arena-grade bill, which means the best vehicles are claimed early. October Saturdays are already the most competitive dates on the Valley calendar.
