Some lineups are a concert. This one is a time machine with a bass drop.
Dial Up Festival arrives at Wild Horse Pass Festival Grounds in Chandler on Saturday, November 21, 2026 — a full day built entirely around the late '90s and early 2000s, the era when pop, hip-hop, rock and punk all shared the same radio dial.
The lineup
Dial Up is a new multi-market festival, and Chandler is one of its launch cities. Nelly and Sugar Ray anchor every date on the tour.
Around them in Chandler: Smash Mouth, Warren G, Alien Ant Farm, Paul Wall, Lit and Unwritten Law — artists who defined crossover radio for a decade.
General admission starts around $84 with fees, and children five and under get in free with a paid adult. It is an outdoor festival on open festival grounds, so plan for a full day on your feet.
This is a reunion, so travel like one
Here is what makes Dial Up different from a standard arena show. The audience for this lineup is roughly 35 to 50 — people who were in high school or college when these songs were everywhere.
Which means the crowd is almost entirely groups. Friends who have not been in the same place since a wedding. Couples who met at a Smash Mouth show. Work crews who discovered a shared playlist.
Those groups arrive in five separate cars, park in five separate rows, and spend the first hour texting coordinates. A single chartered coach erases all of it.

What the ride adds
A party bus is the obvious call for this particular festival, because the pre-game is half the point. Put the playlist on before you leave the driveway and the nostalgia starts an hour early.
Our coaches run leather perimeter seating, LED and fiber-optic lighting, premium sound, coolers you are welcome to stock, and real climate control. November in the Valley is beautiful, but festival grounds hold afternoon heat.
The practical part matters more than the glamour. Wild Horse Pass Festival Grounds sits south of Chandler off the 202, and a sold-out festival day puts thousands of cars onto a handful of access roads at the same time.
Your chauffeur knows the drop zones, waits through the set you refuse to miss, and is parked and ready when you walk out. No surge pricing. No designated driver nursing a soda for nine hours.
Vehicle sizing
- 8–14 guests — executive sprinter. Tight, polished, easy to park at the pickup end.
- 15–30 guests — full party bus. The reunion option, with room to actually move.
- 2–6 guests — luxury sedan or SUV. Quiet, direct, door to gate.
Make it a Chandler day
The festival is the main event, but November 21 is a Saturday and the day has room in it.
- Brunch in Downtown Chandler before heading south — the historic square is ten minutes from the grounds.
- Add the casino. Gila River Resorts at Wild Horse Pass is right there if the group wants to keep moving after the last set.
- Multi-city pickup. We can collect your crew across Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, Mesa and Queen Creek before heading in as one group.
Book before Thanksgiving weekend eats the fleet
Service starts at $150 per hour, point-to-point transfers start at $500, and all-day charters start at $2,000 — worth it for a festival that runs from afternoon into the night.
One scheduling warning. November 21 sits at the front of a brutal week for large vehicles: Thanksgiving weekend brings a stadium concert in Glendale and an NBA Cup night downtown within six days. Party buses go first, and they go early.
Call (602) 866-7777 or send a booking inquiry and we will lock the vehicle now and build the run sheet later.
See our Chandler party bus and limo service page for the rest of what we cover locally, across all 22 Phoenix-metro cities.
Nelly at sunset, Sugar Ray after, and a coach that already knows the way out. Dial it up properly.
