Nearly 500 Artists, One Long Avenue

The Fall Fountain Festival of Fine Arts & Crafts takes over the Avenue of the Fountains in Fountain Hills from Friday, November 13 through Sunday, November 15, 2026.

It runs 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday. Admission is free.

Held every year on the second full weekend of November, it draws close to 500 artists and craftspeople — sculpture, painting, jewelry, glass, textiles, photography and handmade work at every price point.

Two beer gardens, live music and a long row of food vendors sit between the booths. It is a festival you graze through, not one you rush.

Why Fountain Hills Is Harder Than It Looks

Fountain Hills is a small town wrapped around a very large fountain, tucked into the McDowell Mountains northeast of Scottsdale. On a normal weekend it is quiet and easy.

On festival weekend it is not. Tens of thousands of visitors funnel in on Shea Boulevard and Saguaro Boulevard, the town's street parking disappears by mid-morning, and the shuttle lots sit well outside the festival footprint.

The Avenue of the Fountains itself is closed to traffic, which is exactly what makes the event work and exactly what makes the last half-mile a walk.

The Shopping Problem

Here is the part people underestimate. This is a holiday-shopping festival, and nearly 500 booths means you will buy things.

Framed prints. A ceramic piece. Something metal and heavy that seemed reasonable at booth 212. Carrying all of it back to a car parked a mile away, in November sun, is how a good day ends badly.

How a Chauffeured Day Solves It

We collect your group from one address — Scottsdale, Mesa, Phoenix, Cave Creek, wherever the day begins — and drive straight to the closest permitted drop point on the festival edge.

No shuttle lot. No circling Saguaro Boulevard. You step out at the entrance.

A common route: festival in the morning, late lunch in Fountain Hills, then wine tasting or dinner in Old Town Scottsdale on the way home.
