The lineup and the layout

Treaty Oak Revival and 49 Winchester headline a stacked day of country, with Corey Kent and HunterGirl on the bill and more acts filling the hours. Music runs from midday straight through the evening.

Around the stage sits the other half of the draw. More than thirty local barbecue vendors, an Arizona-sized beer selection, and the Whiskey Barrel Saloon with over a hundred hand-picked pours.

There is a line dancing tent for the people who came to move, and enough shade and open grass for the people who came to eat and listen. General admission starts around $79 plus fees through AXS.

The venue is Gilbert Regional Park, 3005 E. Queen Creek Road — a wide, open park on the southeast edge of Gilbert.

The honest case against driving yourself

Gilbert Regional Park does have on-site parking, and the organizers have lined up overflow lots at San Tan Village Marketplace, Higley Park, and Greenfield Park. That is genuinely well planned.

It also means that if the main lot fills, your group is walking a mile or more back to the car — at night, after a day in the sun, carrying whatever you brought.

And then there is the more obvious issue. This is a festival built around a whiskey saloon and an Arizona-sized beer list. Nobody in your group should be the one counting drinks so they can drive Queen Creek Road home.

How a charter actually runs the day

We pick you up where your group already is. Drinks and music start the moment the doors close, which turns the drive itself into the first hour of the festival rather than dead time.

You get dropped at the entrance — not in a field a mile out. When the last set ends, your driver is already staged and waiting, and you skip the exit crush entirely.
