The Boot Barn Turquoise Circuit Finals Rodeo runs November 5–7, 2026 at Cave Creek Memorial Arena — and it is not an exhibition. This is the championship.

What is actually on the line

The Turquoise Circuit covers Arizona and New Mexico within the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association. Every cowboy and cowgirl competing in Cave Creek earned the spot across an entire season of PRCA rodeos.

Three nights, three performances, circuit titles decided on the final score — and a path toward national competition for the winners.

Performances start at 7 p.m. each night, with gates opening around an hour before. The arena sits at 37201 N. 28th Street. Tickets start around $46.

The scale is part of the appeal. Cave Creek Memorial Arena is close enough to the action that you hear the chute gate, not just the announcer.

The Cave Creek problem

Here is the practical reality. Cave Creek Memorial Arena is at the end of a genuinely rural stretch of road, and the drive up from central Phoenix or Scottsdale is thirty to forty-five minutes depending on where you start.

On a finals night, the two-lane approach roads back up. Arena parking is finite. And after the last ride, everyone leaves at the same moment.

Then there is the other half of the night. Cave Creek's saloons — the ones on Cave Creek Road that have been serving this crowd for decades — are the natural second stop after a rodeo. That is a very hard night to drive home from, and it should not be attempted.

How we run a rodeo night

A charter turns the distance into an asset. The drive north becomes part of the evening instead of the tax you pay for it.

• 5:15 p.m. — pickup anywhere in the Valley, drinks on board.
• 6:15 p.m. — drop at the arena gate as it opens. No lot, no dust, no walk.
• 7:00 p.m. — performance.
• After — straight down Cave Creek Road to the saloons, or straight home. Your driver is staged either way.

The difference on the back end is the part people remember. You are not sitting in a line of trucks on a dark two-lane road. You are already moving.

Who books this one

Rodeo finals draw a particular mix. Serious rodeo families who follow the circuit all season. Scottsdale and Phoenix groups who want a Western night that is authentic rather than themed.

And corporate groups — this is a genuinely good client outing. A PRCA finals night in a town like Cave Creek is memorable in a way a steakhouse is not.

Bachelor parties land here too, more often than you would guess. Rodeo, saloons, and a bus that handles the logistics is a very solid Friday.

Vehicles and rates

For six to twelve people, a stretch limousine is the right call — comfortable for the drive up, and it makes the arena arrival an entrance.

For fourteen to thirty, the party bus handles the group and the distance. Standing room, real sound, climate control, and space for the gear and jackets a November desert night requires.

Hourly charters start at $150 per hour. Because of the drive time each way, many rodeo groups hold the vehicle for the full evening — all-day charters start at $2,000. Straight there-and-back point-to-point transfers start at $500.

The first weekend of November is busy across the North Valley — polo at WestWorld, art festivals in Carefree, and the start of the season everyone waits all summer for.
